Columbus Colleges (continued from top)
As Ohio's biggest city and the capital of the state (that's the Buckeye State for you trivia lovers out there), Columbus is a city that offers everything from great farmer's markets to great jazz festivals. With their home in this busy urban center, Columbus colleges and universities give you access to everything you'd hope for in a city ' culture, entertainment, diversity, and educational and economic opportunities galore.
Whether your courses have you locked up in the library or the lab, when you need a break from your studies, Columbus presents you with an almost overwhelming array of options You may enjoy a live musical performance in Columbus's beautiful Creekside Park or attending an event like the Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure, a weeklong bicycle and camping tour that draws cyclists from all over the country. With great restaurants, great bands, and Ohio's scenic natural beauties within reach of the city, Columbus colleges and universities, unfortunately, can't keep you from some mighty alluring procrastination tools.
Then there are of course the educational resources. Choosing a Columbus college or university will put you in touch with great libraries, research institutions, leading scholars and teachers, and everything else top-notch centers of learning have to offer.
And if all of that hasn't sold you, there's also the possibility that living in Ohio will make you better looking. How, you ask? Nobody knows. But handsome devils Clark Gable and Paul Newman are both Ohio men, and whatever's in the air certainly did a fine number on those gents. Keep your fingers crossed and breathe deeply while you stroll to class at one of the many Columbus colleges.
